the staff exhibited sincere warmth and efficiency. i appreciated the well-equipped room and the high standard of cleanliness it presented. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made exploring effortless.
the elevator was unfortunately out of service, which posed a challenge with mobility issues.

The staff were friendly and efficient. the breakfast was excellent. One of the best i have had. the location had many restaurants within walking distance. i found the area safe and pleasant.

the room i booked was much nicer than i expected for the price. it was clean, comfortable and had some lovely touches such as water and crisps. the large bed was very comfortable.

gluten-free option convenient location basic room staff attitude
breakfast was good. my husband got a gluten-free option, great. the location is convenient. it is near some eating places. the car park had ample spaces.
the room needed a good paint. it was very basic. the room was noisy 24/7. the staff attitude was not great. they did not offer helpful suggestions about parking.

clean room comfortable seating delayed refill frustrating experience
the room was clean and spacious. staff was very friendly this past weekend. the reception area is nice, i see that it has comfortable seating too.
the breakfast seemed short staffed that morning. i requested some plates when i seen there was none, it took 5 minutes for them to fill it up. i had to ask for refills, but i was told 'i only have one pair of hands! '. after a further 5 minutes, i was getting frustrated.

quick check-in amazing room great cocktail lovely staff
the staff provided quick and easy check-in. my room was amazing with great decor. the cocktails from the phoenix bar were a plus. all the staff i met were lovely (a cute bunch).
the car park is tiny with smaller spaces. i had to park in a disabled spot, though i haven't applied for a badge yet.
